Background

Our client required a new Fine Art Asset Management System that supporting the back office work of the employees.

Problem

Creating a user friendly and intuitive system what cover the functionality of the old software too.

Research

We run detailed business analysis and reviewed the old software and it's functionality with the stakeholders. We run interviews with the endusers in the house, how they are using the existing software, what are the painpoints, problemes.

Ideation and it's test

Collecting all of the information and analysing the competitors approach gave us more information and opportunities to develope a usefull web based desktop app.

After ideating and drafting some digital wireframes, the initial design sketches have been created. These designs focused on make the screens easy to browse and has all information that user need.

Using the completed set of digital wireframes, the low-fidelity prototype gave us the opprtunity to test out ideas and improve it based on testers feedback.

High Fidely Prototype

The high-fidelity prototype followed the same user flow as the low-fidelity prototype, including design changes made after the usability study.
